Wooden Cutting Board and Charcuterie Board Maintenance

  • Hand wash only – never submerge in water or wash in dishwasher. 
  • Disinfect & deodorize using vinegar.
  • Remove stains & deodorize with baking soda.
  • Clean with coarse salt & lemon.
  • Allow to completely dry before refurbishing cutting board or charcuterie board with cutting board oil and conditioner
  • Store board on edge if possible to prevent warping. 

NOTE: Do NOT use vegetable or nut-based oil to condition your cutting board or charcuterie board. (it will spoil and become rancid.)
